Who is responsible
FF Twin is responsible for the personal data collected through fftwin.com.
FF Twin, Gammel Køge Landevej 55, 2500 Valby, Denmark. CVR 00000000.
You can contact us about your data at flemming@fftwin.com.
What we collect and why
When you visit fftwin.com, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
When you e-mail us, we process your name, your e-mail address and what you write, so we can reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
With your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), we also use two tools. Neither runs until you accept it in the cookie banner:
- Microsoft Clarity (statistics) shows how visitors move, scroll and click on the site, as heatmaps and session recordings. We use it to improve the site.
- Leadfeeder (marketing) identifies which companies visit the site, based on the visitor's IP address, so we can follow up on business interest.
Cookies
We only set the cookie that remembers your choice, plus the cookies of the tools you accept. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page.
If you pick a light or dark theme with the switch in the menu, your browser stores that choice so the site looks the same on your next visit. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is removed when you select System again. Because you ask for it, it needs no consent.
Necessary · FF Twin
Remembers your cookie choice, so the banner does not ask again on every page. Always on.

| _lfa | Recognises a returning visitor | 1 year |
Who receives data
We use these providers:
- Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site and processes data on our behalf as a data processor. Vercel is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also uses the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited provides Clarity. Microsoft is an independent data controller for Clarity data and may transfer it to Microsoft Corporation in the United States under the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Leadfeeder (Dealfront) provides Leadfeeder and processes data on our behalf under its data processing agreement. Leadfeeder stores the data on servers in the EU (Ireland). If it uses service providers outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is protected by the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Cookies are kept for the periods listed under Cookies above.
We keep e-mails only when they are relevant. An enquiry is treated as a sales lead and handled until it either leads to cooperation or is closed. Lead data is deleted 2 years after our last contact.
Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings for 30 days, and heatmaps and click data for 9 months. Microsoft then deletes the data.
We keep visit data in Leadfeeder for 12 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format.
You can withdraw your consent at any time under Cookie settings. Withdrawing does not affect processing that took place before.
To use your rights, contact us at the address above. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when we change how we use personal data or cookies.
